Master Board Make n’ Take
Learn to make a Master Board, which is a single large collage made to be subsequently cut or torn into pieces for a specific purpose or project. In this class, you will make a master board and from that master board, the student can create other works of art such as greeting cards, tags, bookmarks and or magnets. Let your creativity reign after you have made the master board!
Mixed Media Basics: Collage
Create a canvas piece using basic collage techniques. Exploring paper as texture while touching on design and layout concepts. We will continue to explore mixed media elements through collage layers, gesso techniques, acrylic painting and mark making. Class participants will learn beginning techniques while touching onto intermediate concepts that they can take away and explore further.

Watch.Learn.Play is A Work of Heart Studio's monthly membership group with bite sized lessons for nurturing a sustainable mixed media practice. Each quarter they have a live zoom retreat, and I am pleased to announce that I will be this quarter's guest artist. During the retreat I will be demonstrating how I live in my Daily Creative Practice Journal for keeping myself on track with my art business.
